What happens now

  1. Your entry time arrives by email, at least 48 hours ahead.Times are allocated by the Memorial, so please keep the whole day free until you hear from us.
  2. Bring photo ID for everyone in the booking.Names are checked against documents at the entrance, and the list cannot be changed once we submit it.
  3. Look for our host at the Memorial.Someone from our team meets you before your entry time and takes you through arrival, security and finding your guide.

Before you travel

Only small bags are permitted inside. Much of the visit is outdoors and Birkenau is exposed, so dress for the weather. The Museum does not recommend the visit for children under 14.
