Who we are
This website is operated by Around The Globe Travel LTD, trading as Royal Tours, Unit 4E Enterprise Court, Farfield Park, Manvers. For anything relating to your data, write tobooking@polandisamazing.com.
What we collect on this site
The pages themselves ask for nothing. When you check availability, your chosen date and group size are sent to our reservation system so it can return what is bookable; nothing identifying you is involved at that stage.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages lead to bookings. It sets cookies and records your approximate location, device and how you arrived. We use this only in aggregate.
When you book
Bookings are handled by Rezdy, our reservation system, and payments are processed by Stripe. They receive the details you enter, including the names of everyone visiting — which the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum requires and checks against photo ID at the entrance. We pass those names to the Museum for that purpose alone.
Who processes your data
- Rezdy — reservations and booking records.
- Stripe — payment processing. We never see your card details.
- Google Analytics — website statistics.
- Vercel — hosting, including server logs.
- The Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum — visitor names, for entry.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
